I have been a patient at Skin Restoration for several years. I now live almost 2 hours away and STILL go back for treatments. Carol, along with her staff, are amazing and so kind. From the moment you walk in the door you feel comfortable and at ease. Treatments are explained thoroughly and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend Skin Restoration!

I have been going to Skin Restoration in Prescott for many years.I totally love this place! The staff are very professional , pleasant and accommodating in every way possible.With being a nurse, I am impressed how clean everything is and how sterile techniques are strongly enforced during treatment.Carol the owner, is very experienced and always concerned about the over all care of her clients.I am always very happy with the results and know that her team of experienced staff contribute to making my visits so rewarding.

I received many botox treatments from Nancy RN.....she left ): So I had the newer gal....yikes bruised for weeks and very abrupt. Carol the owner is the least professional of all the gals there. Zero results for $$$ facial treatments...waste of money and unpleasant experiences

This is a wonderful Doctors office with really friendly knowledgeable staff! Nicole Dahl-Lowe has the most amazing bedside manner when I was a little nervous at first. I have been back several times and love my results.

I love this place! The only negative, it’s not in my location, but I go out of my way to get all my treatments done here now. I’ve been getting the PRP treatment on my face twice a year, for a few years now, and this place is still my favorite place that has the best results. I’ve gone to other places, and a couple were in Scottsdale and cost more, and I honestly did not see the same results and i did not see any reasons they charged more. I think if this place was located in Scottsdale they would be a high end place, they have the top of line $100k medical grade machines and the results speak for themselves. Thank you and I can’t wait to see you soon for my next treatment !!

Highly recommend! I had laser hair removal done with Carol and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I was worried about the pain and discomfort, as I heard it can be quite painful. Carol uses new technology so it is actually almost painless! Carol made me feel at ease along with the rest of her staff. Thank you for the excellent service at Skin Restoration Center.
