In her business, Carol is a total rock star. She always takes time to thoughtfully consider what's going on and then makes the best recommendations. More than once she has suggested a better alternative to what I was asking for. And that alternative could just be something I didn't even know existed. Her work is careful, precise and artistic. I always feel that her goal is to help me achieve my goals. And if that isn't enough, everyone (hi Jayne!) is friendly and fun and I always leave pleased with the results and feeling like a million dollars.
